Fondant Country Wedding Cake!

This last weekend I baked my second wedding cake…. ever. What a smashing hit! The outdoor wedding took place on a 93-degree day. I made my own homemade fondant and even after all the nerves of the delivery and set up, the final creation made my heart soar! The groom requested a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling… I wished I could take home a slice! 🙂

  I do not know where that cake topper was purchased. I am sure you could find one on Easy! 🙂 The bride supplied the topper.
