Triple Berry Galettes!

My Aunty shared these little babies with me one day.

She said she was at Pete’s Coffee and Tea. (Ever had their raspberry mocha? Best drink ever!!) She ordered this for breakfast and it was delicious, then she told me about it! I was a little intrigued, but then, I saw it on the cover of some food magazine, and I was sold!! I tried my hand at making them last night, and they turned out be-yoo-tifully!
Plus, they’re actually rather healthy! Bonus! 🙂

Hands on time: 30 min
Baking time: 30 min
Total time: 1 hour

Here are your ingredients:
2 oz cream cheese
4 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp water
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup blackberries
1 tsp cornstarch
1 apple cored and sliced

1 egg yolk
1 tbsp cream (or milk)

This is my little galette fresh out of the oven! (They almost steamed up my camera lens!)


Here is the apple version, not quite as juicy but still delicious!


I had to stop after one.. But boy did I want to keep going… 🙂
