There is something about a perfect chocolate covered strawberry. The way it just melts in your mouth. All that chocolate and strawberry goodness. And heck its fruit, practically good for you! The secret here, my friends, is putting a sliver of coconut oil into the tempered chocolate, this creates a coating of chocolate the hardens fully, yet still has a softness to it when you bite into it! It’s magical! 🙂 And as you may, or may not know, I am a big fan of coconut oil, healthy fats = a thumbs up in my book!
