The other day I was craving peach pie…. really craving peach pie! So off I went to the store, and began my search for peaches. Much to my great disappointment, I did not find one peach at my local grocery store. (I need to call someone about that!) SO I had to settle for canned peaches. I was skeptical, let me tell you. From the moment I put it into the oven, I was expecting my pie to turn out mushy, and for it to lack any sort of form. BUT boy was I wrong! I baked off this pie, and pulled it out of the oven, let it cool, cut it open, and was shocked to find perfect uniformed slices, of delicious peaches and flaky crust! Success! Everyone that tried it, would definitely agree. So now, here I am to share it with you!
